Tony by far went above and beyond! Unfortunately there were some snags in the process of buying the house (due to no fault of ours) but Tony made sure he was on top of EVERYTHING. I strongly felt he had my back and in the process gained a new friend. Tony was referred to me by the owner of the company (whom I had reached out to when I began the home buying process) so initially I didn't know him. Throughout the process it was never difficult getting in contact with him. We emailed, called and texted one another pretty much on a daily basis. I am an out of state buyer so he took pics of the walk thru, video recorded the property, wrote out a detailed repair report after the inspection was done, met the inspector at the house, went back to the house several times to deal with stuff and check that the seller/agent had fulfilled their promises of replacing appliances. Again without having know Tony prior I was extremely pleased and impressed. I for one and not an easy person to please all the time but I think very highly of him. He worked very hard and many times we communicated on weekends and after normal business hours. I have no doubt that he would go the extra mile for any of his clients!!!! Jason Dashinsky

Anthony Ashford showed my husband and I a rental property and walked us through the application process. The response was immediate and we are very satisfied! We received nothing but professionalism and excellent service from Simmonds Real Estate. Tony went out of his way to show us a rental property on a Sunday afternoon when most companies are closed. The move-in and move-out procedures were thorough and easy to complete. Nothing out of reason was requested from us while any questions or repairs were addressed promptly. Coming from another rental with a poorly run management company, it was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with Simmonds. We had such a great experience we recommended our close friends to use them for a management company when they move in a few months. And he made sure I knew where to move so I can be close to my school and I won't hit a lot of traffic and literally showed me on the map of different ways to get there!!
